What to include

  • What you wanted to do, what you expected, and what happened instead.
  • The steps to reproduce the problem and your characters-per-line setting.
  • Your browser and device, if relevant.
  • Optionally, a small redacted subtitle excerpt with the expected line break.

Sending email shares the information you include with the recipient and your email provider. Do not send passwords or confidential files.
